Waialae Beach Family Photography: Honolulu Portrait Photographer

It was a bright and sunny day and this cute little family was bright and sunny in adorable yellow outfits. But if there is one thing I have learned in over ten years as a family photographer, it’s that my littlest photo subjects will not always be as bright and sunny as everyone around them! There are times when smiles are hard to come by and when little feet refuse to touch the sand. This little guy was a challenge but mom and dad stayed calm and relaxed and with all the snuggles and love we got some beautiful pictures… and even a couple of smiles from mom and dad’s arms! If you are preparing for your own family photo session, just remember that kids will be kids and sometimes that means stubborn and cranky.
